PepCalculator — turn a dose into the units to draw
PepCalculator is a free, offline-first dose calculator. Type what is on the vial and it answers, live, with the volume in mL and the insulin units to draw on a syringe — and it prints the arithmetic behind every number, so you can check it before you draw.
What it calculates
- Reconstituted peptides — 1 mg of powder in 2 mL of water is 500 mcg/mL, so a 250 mcg dose is 0.5 mL, which is 50 units on a U-100 syringe.
- Anabolic oils — already mixed, so the answer comes straight from the label concentration, in mL.
- HGH / HCG — dosed in IU, answered in mL with the syringe graduations beside it, because an activity unit is not a mass.
- GLP-1 pens — the dose converted into dial clicks for the pen you actually have.
Why the number can be trusted
- Every answer prints the arithmetic with your own numbers, not a black box.
- A reconstituted answer is computed two independent ways, and the app refuses to show a number it cannot stand behind.
- It picks the syringe (U-100, U-40 or U-50, 0.3–3 mL) and warns when a dose will not fit.
- Runs in your browser, works with no network, and installs to the home screen.

Common questions
How do I turn mg of peptide into units?
Divide the mg in the vial by the mL of water added (the concentration), divide your dose by that concentration (the volume), then multiply by the syringe's units per mL.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
Free, no account, and nothing is uploaded unless you turn on sync yourself.
Does it work offline?
Yes — after the first load it runs with no connection.
Not medical advice. PepCalculator only does the maths; it does not replace a doctor or a pharmacist.
